I actually saw video clips from the crash scene on the local news this morning. It was a E90, not an M5.

The M5 driver, if indeed drunk, is an idiot, plain and simple.
If he wasn't drinking, I still think he's an idiot.
I wonder if the guy was anyone from this board or M5board? I also wonder if the E90 that was involved was an innocent victim or it there was some sort of testosterone induced BMW racing going on? If so, then there are at least two idiots here!
