No, that's grammatically correct. "None" is singular, and "of my jokes" is a prepositional phrase. The noun/verb agreement corresponds with the subject.
BTW: A prepositional phrase will never contain the subject of a sentence.

Actually, in this case "None" is not singular because it's coupled with "of my jokes", thus making it plural. If you were talking about your one and only joke, you would have said "My joke is not funny". Once that s goes on the end of joke though, that's it, you're no longer able to use "is".

All of the above is conjecture, I actually got an "E" grade for my final year English. That's as low as you can get and still pass
