I had 4 teeth extracted when I was about that kid's age as part of the Orthodontic work I had done. My mother knew the doctor doing the work, and she warned me that he wasn't very nice - to be on my best behavior, etc...
Anyway, they put me under for the extraction, and upon awakening in the recovery room - I blurted out to her (and to everyone else who was in there including the Doctor), that he wasn't mean at all, and he was very nice. The "loose lips" were completely a side effect of what they gave me. Kinda funny.
You can imagine all of our embarrassment!
