good one!!! haha...

i actually just took delivery of a 545i sport with 6speed manual tranny a week ago... i'm coming from a 745Li.

my new 545i is definitely faster... but don't dismiss the e65/66... those limos are still quite fast.

i recollect killing plenty of cars in my 745.

Actually I prefer the steering on my 745Li then on my 5er but I have lowered and rimed it up so.. but still even when it was stock I jsut loved the 7's smoothness... ya those "limos" are quite fast..my limo ate up a SL500 the other day said that a "limo" so do that to a sports car

Me too -- I was worried about something being wrong with your car or your driving ability...

With nothing seperating me from the freeway except a red light, a titanium 745i pulls along side of me in the left lane.? My lane ends in a 1/4 mile.? I had no doubt that the other driver was thinking the same exact thing that I was, as I click over to sport mode.? The light turns green and we both hit it.? He's gapping me badly, as I am trying to stomp the gas pedal through the floorboard.? So badly, I wonder if he knows that I'm even trying.? There's no catching up, I'm admitting defeat right as my cell phone rings.? It's my wife.? I tell her that I just got my doors blown off by a 7.? She tells me that BMW service just called, my 545i is ready to be picked up.? They'd like their loaner X3 3.0L back.
