With nothing seperating me from the freeway except a red light, a titanium 745i pulls along side of me in the left lane. My lane ends in a 1/4 mile. I had no doubt that the other driver was thinking the same exact thing that I was, as I click over to sport mode. The light turns green and we both hit it. He's gapping me badly, as I am trying to stomp the gas pedal through the floorboard. So badly, I wonder if he knows that I'm even trying. There's no catching up, I'm admitting defeat right as my cell phone rings. It's my wife. I tell her that I just got my doors blown off by a 7. She tells me that BMW service just called, my 545i is ready to be picked up. They'd like their loaner X3 3.0L back.

Me too -- I was worried about something being wrong with your car or your driving ability...

You go ask that poor little X3 about my driving ability. My size 12 was crammed up his arse for three straight days. I thought if I beat him hard enough he might show me a few extra horsies. I thought wrong.

Good one I was almost in panic mode.

I had a 745i for a loaner once. Was nice, but not my style, but then neither are the X3s they have foisted on me the last 2 times.

Those guys in their 7's. Who do they think they are anyway?? Should be picking on someone their own size, like a 5'r.
