Just got one for my sister for her birthday next week. The Apple store near my house just got them in an hour prior to my arrival. Man, that thing is sweet! It's so impressive in person.

I'm debating for the nano right now but not sure if i want it just yet... my friend got one the day they were released, he had it on order and I played with it... its sweet! but so dang small! feels fragile and gets dirty very easily... finger prints. :thumbsdown:
Oh ya bleutooth nano would be nice!!! BUT would it work with our OLD shitty E60 software? and WILL BMW make an upgrade to the software to make it work with OLD cars? what about ones w/out CCC (Radio Pro) like me?

I'd settle for AVRCP, which would allow the screen info from the iPod to show up on the iDrive screen, and let the car's control buttons and knob provide input to the iPod. Couple that with wired audio and power, and it would be a nicely-integrated solution.
