Hey All,

I'm a recent Finance graduate and been looking at jobs and interviewing and been recently offered a job at Siemens as a Commercial Project Manager in their Energy Sector. I'll be dealing with Contract Management, budget and quality framework, expenses, stuff like that.

I was also interviewed at a Bank over here in Saudi for their graduate program (6 months of in class training and rotation in different departments like Trade, Treasury, investments, Corporate, retail, then get hired in one of these departments based on performance and their needs),

They'r totally different jobs and different industries which i'm interested in. it makes it very hard making a decision on which to choose if i had the option.

What do you guys think? any people were in the same boat? How's the banking industry compared to working with a company like Siemens.

How hard is it to switch to Banking if i chose the Siemens job?

People are telling me its def more money if you go with banking.
