I was doing a little plumbing repair this morning and dashed up to Home Depot for parts in my repossessed 545 for the first time in 29 days. I had put all of my stuff back in the trunk, door pockets, and mounted my V1. After shopping and back on the parking lot, I heard a car alarm go off. I was about 50 yards from my car and as I approached I realized something had triggered my alarm. Through the windshield, I could see my V1 swinging merrily back and forth from the hardwire connection. The suction cups had come loose and the motion set the alarm off. Freaky. I have never had the suction cups give up before. I probably wasn't careful enough while getting everything back like I had it. If it happens again, I have a new set of suction cups just waiting to be put to good use.
