i was on the most left (fast) lane of the highway and saw something bouncing like a kangaroo from the opposite lane 
. when that sucker bounced closer and i knew it was a whole wheel, not only tire, came off from a older 3 series tow by a tow truck 
. that thing kept bouncing and it bounced over the median 
. i couldn't avoid it cuz i was stuck in the same lane due to bumper to bumper traffic and it missed my car by inches . i think i was very lucky and i'm sure that thing probably hit someone behind me
