My Ride: 2004 BMW 545i
I'm so excited. it's a total rehab project. paid cash since it was being remodeled when the guy got evicted by the bank. The house will need new flooring, staircase, landscaping, paint, and whole new kitchen/appliances. Once it's done, i'm going to cash out the equity and make payments.
the house is in the hills of woodland hills south of ventura blvd if anyone is familar (it's not a cliffhanger). closest cross street is mulholland and canoga. i can't wait to take my car out in the canyons late at night. it's an odd feeling being broke. i had to tell my girlfriend to pay for her own gym membership! ha! okay maybe i didn't have to, but i saw a great opportunity to cut some costs.
