not like all the mods we put on dont attract attention anyways, but this will def attract more. not to mention they'll remember it, so dont get caught after having a few brews or riding with promiscuous women. my personal opinion is personalized plates are lame, just my opinion.

Nothing illegal about saying hi.. might want to think twice if you have something to hide though (mentioned above)
Might also help with your police relations skills.
I'd roll with it. 50% of civil servants here can't read anyway (the other 50% can only read in French)
