Thank you guys I appreciate it!

It was funny at first I just noticed that the toe stuck somewhere and twisted. We continued the grappling and few minutes later I felt little pain. Then we just sat there with my friend and wondered "should this thing twist this much to the side?" . And after some sports tape we got back in to it.

i broke my ankle when i was a senior in high school....i took the cast off before it healed completely thinking that i knew better than the docotor and that i could just walk it off.....well, when its really cold it hurts so bad that i can barely move it. Lesson learned for me. Let it heal properly my friend.

A coworker was practicing Tae Kwan Do with his son. The son kicked him in the stomach and ruptured his spleen. He had to have emergency surgery and was out of the office for 2-3 weeks.

Damn it!

You remember my ju-jutsu hobby? Well I just broke my first bone ever by doing it .
I'm so pissed knowing it'll keep me out of dojo for a few weeks. Just venting here.
The good news is it was just a toe.

Oh, and this pic is for those wondering what Ju-Jutsu is all about:

So how'd you break your toe in that bear hug ^ ?

Good luck on a speedy recovery!

Hapkido practitioner here. It gets harder to get over sprains and broken bones the older we get...
