Basically they dealer commented and said it was a mistake and they would not honor it, and then sold the car to some one else...
The just stirred up the interwebs and the nerds....
Reminds me of the guy that one a E92 m3 for 60k and the dealer would not honer it back in 2008
Enjoy... can't wait to see how this turns out.
The KY attorney General and the FBI have both been notified over the Interstate trade and false advertisement issues among others...

Actually this is a base Hyundai Genesis Coupe that was first registered in May 2009. That said, with a suggested MSRP of about $22K but routinely heavily discounted by dealers (Philadelphia area dealers are selling NEW 2010 4 cyl coupes for $19,995 OR LESS every day!!) I think $16K for a stripper 4cyl car - no options ... through ebay is hardly a steal!
As a point of reference, my neighbor just bought a "Grand Touring" Model V-6 Auto that had an MSRP of $30,750 for $25.5K - clean deal - no trade! It's well equipped and a nicely finished car. It is a Hyundai ... so for a mere $25K more you could have a BMW!
