Well.... smart move from both Facebook and HTC.... It's all about social networking integration nowadays but that's why you have widgets and facebook apps (or maybe they'll do it similarly to WP7 by integrating everything automatically out of the box). I wonder what they will improve over Android since it will be a modified version of Android OS. 
We'll just have to wait and see...
They're going to need a hell lot of advertising to get this selling in order not to fail like the Nexus One (it's an amazing phone, but Google did bad with the sales figures because they lacked advertisement).
