I'm torn between not wanting to add miles to my car and wanting to drive her every day. I have a beater car that I use so that the miles don't rack up on the bimmer.

Anyone else have a beater? LOLz. 7357 miles and growing. :(

I don't have a beater. I drive her every chance I get :) I'm at around 25k with a little over a year with her.

I just got my first ding :\ which I'm about to fix later this week.

11K on the clock, got it november 1st,

but its been out of service for almost 3 months out of that time, and i've racked up about 6K on loaners & rental cars

my car is exactly one year old (picked up in Munich on June 17 2004). It got its first ding one week after owning it by a rock flung onto the hood on a highway in France. I've been dealing with little things like that since that first week, and it's taken a year to get over it!!!!!!!!!!! :o

Dammit, why can't BMW get their act together and make their cars as good as they drive.

you need to drive it more, its called the "ultimate DRIVING machine" not the ultimate parking. Why pay for it and you just look at it, if thats what you want than buy a poster. I know people with ferraris and Lambos that drive their cars more often than none. Please don't let it become a garage queen.

10090 got it in september... I try not driving it when I don't have to but most of the time I do :(
