How does verb "lie" as in not tell the truth work?

Hello fellow E60ers.
I faced an irritating problem: the verb "lie". I know it is lie, lied, lied, but what about the -ing tense?
Which one is correct: "You are lying!" or "You are lieing!" ?
What about the verb "lie" as in Lie, lay, lain. What about -ing? He was lying on the floor? It works similar to the cheat-synonym?
