... Angel in "Xmen 3 the last stand" just up and jump out a plate glass window and fly away?!

and don't get me started on how while flying very fast he can suddenly just stop in mid-air without any kind of braking mechanism.

Of course none of the superhero movies are as unbelievable as TV/Film car chases where the baddies are in something like a Porsche, Ferrari or Lamborghini but the cops in their Crown Vics are keeping up with them.
