Forget the hot dog, we need a barbeque thread.
Smoked barbeque brisket sandwich. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
or a nice full rack of baby back ribs.

We in Pittsburgh put ketchup on our dogs.....and I add some pickle too. The dogs at the "Original Hot Dog Shop" or the "O" near the Pitt campus are some of the best in the country...came in 2nd only to Nathan's on the last AOL poll I saw. MMmmmmmmmmm. I just had 2 this past weekend. And their fries are unreal too!
Isn't that the "Dirty O"? Great dogs. I always stop in when in Pittsburgh. Just do not order the large fries unless you came with a group of 10.
In NYC, the best dogs are at Papaya King. I like my with the NY onions (onions cooked down in a tomato based sauce.
Up here in Westchester, NY, the best dogs are at Walter's which has been open since 1919. Do not ask me why, but it is in a Chinese pagoda style building in an otherwise suburban, residential neighborhood.
