Lawguy...think you should move your practice to the UK and make a few bucks on the town that was negligent in not putting up a barrier to prevent such a travesty of justice. The driver needs to collect a few pound for 'pain and suffering'

Even if that was real grass, no one would be stupid to drive onto it, because there's like a half foot drop onto the "grass".
