Really? Fake? I highly doubt it man. Honestly there is 3 different videos of this kid freaking out. If you see the one where his parents bought him a POS truck and he attacks it with the whole family there it's pretty obvious it's not fake. The kid just has got some serious issues. I mean there's no way he staged the freak out and decided to include a scene where he try's to pop a remote up his ass! I don't think anyone would ever think to stage that...

If the kid does have that condition and his brother is posting You Tube Videos as his expense, then I hope that the next person the kids puts the baseball bat to is the kid brother.
