well here she was lookin all sad and dirty, tires were bald as hell and still sittin on those ugly chromies

after a 3 week back order my wheels and tires came in!

stoked! just in time for the snow, after almost 6 weeks of sunshine they arrived and i am very pleased w the result!

it is amazing to me though the beast weighs 9800 lbs, thats like 2 F10's or 3 audi A6's

Honestly, let's face it, most people who bought the first production F10's chase "the hype". They are the victims of PR, marketing and all the subliminal - and not so subliminal - messaging that BMW's ad agency puts out there. Directly and indirectly. It leads them to buy the car, and of course they are upset about having bought it, now that they start sobering up and seeing all the reviews. Plus, why would they talk down their own cars?! They don't want F10's to lose value quick - they'll have to resell them too! So we shouldn't really go hard on these guys and gals - they are just victims of clever marketing and social tendency of consumerism. They really are not "like you and I". If anything, we should set up a support line - a 1-800 number for suicidal F10 owners
