So I decided to purchase myself a new bicycle after driving my trusted Scott Sandoa for 13 years .
The new bike is KONA Tanuki, a full-suspensioned MTB. I know it's an entry level bike as for a fully suspensioned one, but I love it already. I'm not driving in extreme conditions, but wanted something more comfortable for forest trails than my previous non-suspensioned Scott.
Ordered a roof rack for my E60 and now thinking/choosing a trustable bike rack.
Here's the bike:

Nice bike! I can see from the condition of the tires that you have been breaking it in already... And where is flat Eric going to sit?

Thanks!
Yeah I made a quick 10km trip straight from the shop . Eric will sit on a rack of my gf's bike. We got a new bike for her as well.
And thank you for your help DK!
I didn't order the OEM rack after all, though...
