I can't either. What is it Rudy? A bunch of looking glasses with tools "in the cloud"?

I'd keep trying...

UURonL, if you can get a server to work, I think you'll like the detail and information the tests provide. (It's way over my head but I think it may be up your alley...)

The three servers listed ("Server One", "Server Two", "Server Three") seem to be unavailable most of the time but just below, you'll see a link to the "Static List" that takes you to the following page:
http://e2epi.internet2.edu/ndt/ndt-server-list.html

You'll need to scroll past the "Internet 2 IP Network" server list and choose one from the "Other Available Servers" listing. Earlier today, many of these servers were functioning...

Let me know how you folks do!

Thanks, I'll try to contrast it against the 6 figure test apparatus and backbone statistical views I'm used to seeing...

Wow, I just got there now...

It's a huge ginormous "fuck you" to the ISPs. Wow wow wow. Google is at the heart of the whole "net neutrality" nonsense, and this is a definite shot across the bow. Google is giving folks the tools to determine if their ISP is fucking them. That's cold.

Cool. Let's hope they advance it and put more servers.

Oh, they will...

I find the dynamic really twisted. This traffic (used to beat up on the ISPs and the telecom lobbies) will ride pipes Google extorts for next-to-nothing from those same entities.
