Google Maps 2.0 has location without GPS...

Google released Google Mobile Maps 2.0 yesterday. For a lot of handsets, it can triangulate your location using the cell tower beacon information. It's not a super accurate fix, and shows a radius representing the fudge-factor, but it's a great addition to an already great free product.
Also, if you have Windows Mobile, MS Live Search is awesome. I like it even better than GMM.
