Picked this up last month haha...it's called the Honda Ruckus...got it for a good price and have been working on it for the past month getting it tuned right and everything 
Goes about 36mph on a normal straight...38 on a straight with full tuck, and about 40 when the planets align and I have a hurricane force tail wind behind me hahaha
Really fun little thing...under 50cc (49cc) so you don't need a license or insurance
