The big blue sign means: max. 7 Km/h!!!!!!!!!
The bottom sign warns you that there is a radar trap (well, at least they warn you)...
And you can see the two radar traps down the road, one in each direction.
They're not bullshittin' you with the warning here...
Now, except you have a digital speedo or HUD... HOW can you drive 7 Km/h ???

Hey.... I'm all for it. After all there are some streets that you really shouldn't speed in and they give fair warning. Not to mention there are still roads there with no speed limit (as it should be).
