As I understand from an CNN broadcast yesterday, gas prices raised 90 cents since jan. 2007.
Prices are now around $ 3.50 per gallon.
Consider yourself lucky, in Holland we pay ? 1.45 per ltr, which is $ 7,- per gallon.
X5 full tank = 23 gallons = $ 160,-!!
Be happy BMW drivers, that you don't drive SUV gas guzzlers.

Tomorrow is a public holiday in Germany, which means a lot of people take Friday off and have a long weekend. Therefore, the gas prices went up five Cent on all gas stations today in about two hours... 
Monday they will probably drop three Cents...

there price is cheeper than buying a bottle of water.
