It is Black Epoxy with tan flakes. Not a problem with wet tires. The flakes give the floor texture. Couple more pics:

What exactly is Black Epoxy? I really dont think this is a granite, is this a simple tile? It really stands out. Forget the M5, lets see some more of that Black Epoxy

You roll on a 3'X3' square then apply the flakes. Then go onto the next 3'x3' square and so forth.
