I have these in my garage. Comes out to about $3.00 per sq feet installed. They can cut the tiles to fit your garage.

77812 Large Coin Top Garage Floor Cover, 8' x 22' $455.00 and
77831 Extra Large Coin Top Garage Floor Cover, 10' x 24' $599.00
"The Coin Top Flooring is available in 7 1/2' x 17', 8' x 22' or 10' x 24' rolls, and trims easily for a full-floor cover that looks great."
I think this option is a good one, but still one would have to remove everything from the garage and leave it out at least until whatever holds the flooring down dries. You might be able to do one section of a garage at a time to keep from having everything outside at once.
My garage floor has a lot of stains from parties. I wanted to cover them up and thought about concrete paint, but my neighbor tried it and it peals I guess from the heat underneath the car.
What I did was I covered it up with carpet, nothing expensive (no padding of course). I went to my local discount carpet store and told them I needed 400 square feet of carpeting (garage is 20' X 20'). I was lucky enough that the cheapest one they had was in stock and the color was a blue/grey combination, looks pretty good. I spent half the day cutting them into four pieces because it's hard to transport 400s square feet of carpet in one piece, plus no carpet place has them that big. I vaccum them once a week to clean, no big hassle. I am extremely pleased with the look, kind of like an extension to the house. I can walk bear footed in the garage and it feels nice. Now when I have parties I can put tables and chairs there and everybody feels comfortable. I can replace them every 3 years or so when they get real old and worn out. They only cost me about $200 for the whole thing so it's not a big deal. Sure it doesn't look as classy as the tiles, but I only needed something to cover the stain. But I do want to get something better in a year or so, but for now this will work for me.
But the biggest winners are my two rides, they love it in my garage!

My garage floor is looking a bit tired and sad these days :'( what with a shiny, clean new E60 parked on it.
Any good examples of what you've done to refurbish a garage floor?
This just makes me sick.

Here is mine, Black Epoxy with different shades of tan flakes. Floor is dirty in the pic but I just mop it and it looks brand new each time.
