So about a week later hes still kicking around at the bottom of the pool. I haven't put any chemicals because I didn't wanna kill the critter. So I decided to get him out of the pool and drove him just now to put in a local lake, where he can swim freely. 
Guess hes more of a crawfish, but either way I have 0 clue how the hell he got in our pool.
