While in Hong Kong, you should check out Victoria Peak ("The Peak"). You can either take a taxi to the top or take the tram. It's a good place to get great views of Hong Kong and Kowloon, and there are a number of hiking trails in the area that you can enjoy, plus a good variety of rather expensive restaurants where you can satisfy your appetite after your hike.

For fun, in Hong Kong, Lang Kwai Fong (known as LFK to locals) and in Tokyo, Shinjuku!

For Hong Kong, take the ferry to Macau.

Yeah, that's fun. Take the train to Shenzhen too. Lots of fake belts/wallets/bags/watches, etc... Good ones though, and seriously only like $10-$15 USD after you haggle.

Get some custom shirts and suits made. I use Maxwell's in Kowloon (Tsim Sha Tsui stop on the underground).

Make sure you take your passport! When entering Macau and returning to Hong Kong, you have to go through immigration control!

Just make sure you don't smile or make too many other gestures to any of the women walking around (pacing around) the arcade at the Lisboa Hotel and Casino!
