Fastest in my E60? Today, an indicated 160mph (but it was bouncing the limiter so it might be only 155mph). That was on the A7 autobahn northbound.
Fastest ever? 186mph in my modified Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo on the A9 autobahn between Munich and Ingolstadt.

I have never taken my E60 to top "limited" speed. However, my old racing Accord - 168 MPH at Limerock Park, my old Ducati 999S - 186 MPH on the Garden State Pkwy, and my old Jeep SRT-8 - 160 MPH
