Fine if your ISP DNS servers are slow, (if they are you should think about changing ISPs) - but I'd recommend keeping your normal DNS primary/secondary - they'll be only a few hops rather than many, for example those DNS servers are 18 hops from me with a 160ms response time, my ISPs are 3 hops and 15ms.
It might be worth adding these as 3rd and 4th DNS resolvers in case your ISP DNS dies though.
