here are samples of what to order in china. not a perfect menu but at least you will not get frog legs or horse meat when you think you are ordering chicken in paris .

I think they tried by doing the translation word for word using a dictionary. I am actually surprised that it could happen to a 3 star hotel in China. I heard that many of them are very advanced and westernized now.

ac_s5 is from hong kong and he knows how to read chinese. his translation gotta be more accurate than the menu .
