Guys,
I need to share with you that during my last ski trip to Swiss Alps
(Luxembourg / Germany / France / Switzerland) somehow I managed to achieve unbelievable 5,2 l/100km.
Don?t ask me how I did it though, I guess that French and Swiss strict speed limits had a lot to do with it
Well, anyway having 3 people on board + 3 full ski sets incl boots + 3 sets of baggage I find it an extraordinary result.
Isn?t it a true ultimate driving & amazing gas saving machine???

OK, I was hardly passing 120km/h and at times driving in a Geneve's morning traffic at 50-60 km/h but anyway - c'mon! 5,2litres? It's not VW Polo afterall

I love this car! (how many times have we said that already?

OK, for all those mountains freaks (as myslef) one photo to share with you (if you allow?), a view from our hotel?s room terrace.

The Hotel Plein Ciel is situated at 1800 meters above see level, in the former top station of the ski lift, and only reachable by lift and then on ski. What an amazing place to rest, do skiing and enjoy the nature!

And if someone likes to ski , it is THE place to be.

Trust me, I?ve seen some ski resorts (including Austrian, French and Swiss Alps, Colorado?s Rockies, and few other places) but this is claimed (and most probably it is true) the 'largest ski area in the world', situated on the giant Swiss/French cross-border called Portes du Soleil with 650km (403 miles) of runs and slopes, served by more than 200 lifts.... And all kinds of slopes for all types of skiers.

The only downside of the hotel is the kitchen they serve you, which is nothing you would expect in Switzerland, it was rather very ? French? and .. ?particular??
Enough said.
