This is the biggest BS ever.
In Scandinavia it works, yes.
But in Austria they've tried it and the number of accidents increased dramatically!
Austria then decided to return and NOT have a law for DRL, now the accident rate is back to normal.

It is obligatory in Czech Republic. I believe it made roads safer, persuade me it didn't?!

I think the only time it helps is when it rains, and the weather turns...My thought - link lights with wipers, so they go on when wipers are on. Brilliant. I know.
