Drivin' M3, M5 in The Winter Are Poor Ppl?!

My Ride: E60 530i

Ok, it has been a while since I visited this great froum, but I am still driving my lovely E60
and I still think this is the right size, and right car for daily drivin' of All Time!

The Story is:
I have few friends who drive X3 and X5 from college...
and one of the X5 drivers has been tellin' me an amazing statement I had never heard in my life before that..

" Drivin' M5 and M3 in snowin' winter are POOR people...
Because you gotta drive SUV (I assume he was talkin' about his X5) in the winter..."

I had nothing to response him, because I don't know where he got that IDEA from...
but I really really believe he may learn that from X5World...you know..their X5 pirde stuff..
Please save me here my E60 fellows...why driving a more expensive BMW in the WINTER (snow) is a POOR THING???
SUVs have higher potential to flip over at high speed on freeway...and they are usually Heavier...

WHY? WHY? WHY? Where da heck do they get that idea from??

I can't stand him anymore.....

I should ask him " how about those people dirivin' X5 in the SUMMER? ...Are they~~~small d*ck people then???? "
