Hi Everyone,
I hope everyone's had a great week so far.
I would like to bring to your attention something that I recently found out from my Boss. He told me of the sensitive information that was available on the internet. I didn't believe it until I saw it for myself, and I thought I should pass it along. It's the ability to check your driver's license online. Now you and everybody else can see anyone's driver's licenses on the internet. I just searched for mine and it popped up with my info and even my picture. I was told we have Homeland Security to thank for this.
I'm not sure what's being done to correct this breach of our privacy rights, but I have removed mine and I suggest you do the same. Go to the website, enter your name, city and state to see if yours is on file. After your license comes on the screen, click the box marked "Please Remove". This will remove it from public viewing, but not from law enforcement, and Uncle Sam.
The link is as follows.
