According to this the highest percentage of drunk drivers is in Moldova, where 45% of drivers who were pulled over tested positive for alcohol. Slovenia (6%), Cyprus (5%), Switzerland (5%), and the UK (4%) were found to be the next most frequent in drunk driving.
Norway (0.2%), Sweden (0.3%), Greece (0.4%), and Spain (0.4%) were the most sober countries.
Please be safe out there in the new year.

I just read a statistic about our German behaviors, and every tenth driver out there is DUI.

Those idiots should be banned for a lifetime!

+1 couldn't agree more -- it always shocks me how many people still drive after 3 or 4 beers... or more

No excuses -- there are enough taxis and other means of travel
