My Ride: 2004 BMW E60 530i, upgrades: Magnaflow exhaust, Mtec angel eyes and low beam head lights, Just purchased 172 style wheels, looking around for the best tires on Tire Rack now. R1 concepts rotors drilled/slotted. Saving for the M-style kit from Trinity Auto.

Be careful, I got stopped once for my speed after a night of drinking but luckily I told him I was trying to beat the light. That was a wake-up call for sure!

There is literally NO reason to drive while intoxicated!! Lucky or not, wake up call or not, there isn't!

^^ Agreed! Take a taxi, not worth the risk... Both to yourself and others

I never risk it, especially since there are so many cops in the area I live(its near a military base). They will pull me over for almost anything and I've been pulled over for inspection sticker less than 200 feet from my house. I knew a guy who got pulled over 2x for speeding after he had been drinking and didn't get a ticket, yet he continues to do it. Here in Texas if you have a DWI you have to take a class that can cost you $10k and not to mention your insurance will go thru the roof. They are very hardcore about drinking and driving here because there are multiple deaths almost daily. There was one a few days ago where the father and mother had been drinking, and the father drove and crashed the car, killing the 4 children they had in the car with them. Yet the driver survived.

One night of bad luck and you'll end up with a Stallworth situation, can't believe anyone would risk causing that...

Yeah alot of people are not thinking after they have had drinks. Its tough when you are with others in that situation, you have to hold your ground
