Congrats to you Dodgers fans for grabbing MANRAM at the trade deadline. Its not like the Tigers are going to win their division this year...what a fall from grace..but I digress. I just wonder if he's going to keep up his stupid MANRAM antics and whether or not this will be a distraction for the team...

Good luck LA...you guys can have him. He's a great hitter but the baggage that comes with the "Manny being Manny" is to distracting. Just wait...you'll see. It's a shame because I did want him to finish his career in Boston

We haven't had a power hitter in ages!!! 
So we'll put up with Manny, like we put up with Milton Bradley, Darryl Strawberry, Eric Davis (currently Andruw Jones), and all the other psychos we've had through the years. Besides....it's LA, we KNOW crazy around here!!!

Manny will be on his best behavior these last two months of the season. He's playing for another big contract so you know he will be trying. The Red Sox are paying the remainder of his salary (7M) so it really only cost the Dodgers LaRoche. What do we have to lose? They can bench him if he acts up. He respects Joe Torre and he will keep him in check (I hope). The Dodgers have 5 outfielders.
