One brand gets recalled for not being able to stop and the other for catching on fire. WTF is wrong with Quality Control?

Come to think of it, my gf got a KIA Sportage 2011, but nowhere does it state the Sportage got a recall?

It doesn't unless you opt for the "Extra Crispy" pkg ($500 option)

I told her to get it thinking it was used to make crispy chicken while on the road, but she told me it was easier and less messy to pass by KFC and get them already made . Either way, I would ve died by flame or by clogged artery hahhaha.
