@4 years jail time per child under "Leandra's Law", she is in serious trouble- And jurys tend to be overly sympathetic to innocent children.
She better hope she is a single mom- as most DAs are less likely to impose further punishment to the children by taking their mom away.
She'll probably get 30 days, some community service, and a locking mechanism/breathalizer on her steering wheel as a first time offender.
Even more sad- over 400 people have been arrested for DUI/DWI under Leandras Law for engandering the lives of children since it went into effect less then 9 months ago.
