Whoever says its going be a $2000 fine has been misinformed. I am currently in court for stunt driving here in Ottawa Canada. 7 days my car was inpounded and am looking up to $20,000 CDN in racing fines, reckless indangerment while operating a motor vehicle, and a whole bunch of other fines which my lawyor has to deal with. On top of that, my insurance might drop me when they find out about the charges, and might not be able to find an insurance company that will take me. Take it from me, you get caught doing 50km over the speed limit in Canada. DONT STOP. Cops here cant chase you down over a speeding infraction.

ECU remapped by ZipTuning to 260+bhp.
Topped that just yesterday. Did it in Germany, so it was legal
