[/quote]You are correct - a 2000 Dakota Quad Cab, registered in FL. I got the wrong VIN off my wallet card.
The Bimmer is WBAHD61050BK81674. Now, this is a German Specs car so it's probably not going to come up. Are VINs universal or what....

[/quote]Carfax only can tell you about cars imported to U.S. (Canada?). You can however determine (by your provided VIN) that we are talking about a E34 525i limo built 1992 with a M50 engine and automatic transmission. That specific model was actually also exported to Japan!

Carfax only can tell you about cars imported to U.S. (Canada?). You can however determine (by your provided VIN) that we are talking about a E34 525i limo built 1992 with a M50 engine and automatic transmission. That specific model was actually also exported to Japan!

Yeah, the ol' Bimmer. What a car. It has over 200,000 KM and it has never failed me - even once. Everything in it works. It has no rust and it has no blemishes. I'm going to hate to part with it when the 550i comes. If that's half as reliable as the old E34 I'll be OK.
