and I think it must be due to high gas prices...

As a fellow Latvian I could easily put any of my relatives in place of this guy in the picture. It is a situation they would and have ended up in.

it must be a european thing, i used to go out clubing with my cousin in greece and at the end of the night we would end up pushing his astra motorcycle back home because had forgotten to look and his fuel gauge, luckily we were on a small island
