i dont know if this is comfortable or not to ask here , but:
there is red M5 2000 in pompano beach fl on ebay for $12.5 with low miles , but with flood on the report.
i wonder if anyone live near by and can check out this car for me for small fee... or there any other way to find out some more info regarding the condition of this car. any help or advice is appreciated.

If there's flood damage don't bother with that car - period. It will be more headache than it's worth. Never buy a salvage title car, ever.
I have seen about the same year M5's going for around $15k near me, with a clean title and maint hisory - spend a little more for peace of mind
