Hang in there. No fun to be sure. Years ago I burned my left calf on the exhaust of my brother's Yamaha 650 Special . . . about 30 square inches of instant hamburger. Getting it de-breaded in the e-room at the hospital was a real treat. They prescribed a then wonder salve / ointment - Silvadene. Worked like magic, and it healed wonderfully.

They put some kind of foil onto the wound and the doctor said it includes silver. Silvadene sounds something similar.

This happened in a field exercise at thursday, I gave the first aid myself --> then a doctor continued it at the first aid post --> continued the exercise --> yesterday when I got home I cleaned the wound, ripped off the dead skin --> this morning another doctor checked it and put that silver stuff in it --> now feeling ok .

I think I have to get some kind of anesthetic now !

OUUUUUUUCH!!! Antti!!! Boy that looks awfully painful.

U need some supreme pain killers. I wouldnt suggest drinking alcohol. Last time I busted my small toe and my toe nail fell off, I placed it back on. Grabbed a beer and it was THROBBING like a mofo! Unless u like the throbbing. LOL

Only kidding about the booze .
Alcohol and drugs don't mix. Though I've only taken few ordinary and mild painkillers.

Antti!!! OH MY GOD, NO YOU WONT BE AT THE DOJO! no kicks, no shoes, nothing! OMG, Ive experienced a burn like that once, when I was younger I spilled a pot of boiling water down my stomach. Pain wasnt the word, I was alone too. Ugh, I can remmeber if I think about it. Ive said the same thing too, imagine people with 3rd degree burns over 75% of their body!??? I think I wouldnt make it...

Well, I hope you feel as good as you can real quick. Damm, im sorry hun..
