So who is legally liable if the parking system fails and ramps or scratches the other cars? BMW or the driver?

You might have to sign a waiver when using this parking system.

I was checking on Detroit Auto Show on MSN, and watched the new LS 460.

The new Lexus LS 460 also has Self Parking function with it. I was thinking, so what, I just read about this on this forum in the afternoon, this isn't a news to me anymore. But at end of the video the guy says the new LS460 and LS460L for year 2007 model goes on sale in October.... I don't know what to say next...

Another step closer to Auto Drive. I love new technology
in that case I'm not sure if you are a real BMW enthusiat......... we love to drive the BMW, don't we guys
I don't want the car to drive without my participation. I prefer 100% control
I totaly agree ! For me, no Active Steering, no dynamic drive. DSC is wonderfull, but I like the possibility to disconnect it. And when disconnected, I'd want to have a auto-lock diff, like the M3 & M5 ... I bought a BMW for the pleasure to drive it, and for its dynamic handling : "freund am fahren" !

You are tottaly my man. I am wishing for exactly the same thing for my car...if my car would have had LSD then it would have been perfect, JUST PERFECT. Then i could do slides with "both tires" and it would be more fun...
