So in review.....$250,000 for a rusty puzzle that MIGHT have all the parts? 
It may be gorgeous when it's complete, but it will cost way too much to finish it, especially since it would have to be COMPLETELY disassembled, media blasted etc. to make it right! Good luck getting your money back out of it once it is done!
